La rosa dels set pètals: the Liceu's community opera in the Sant Andreu District now has a title
Seven petals, like the seven neighborhoods of the Sant Andreu District: La rosa dels set pètals is the title of the libretto written by Blanca Bardagil.
After extensive research and with the support of the Sant Andreu District and the collaboration of the historical memory groups from each neighborhood, as well as local residents, various themes have been explored, resulting in a libretto that tells a story about women — three generations of the same family, taking us from the 1960s to the present day.
On October 19, the Gran Teatre del Liceu joined the group of venues participating in Barcelona Dibuixa, an open and vibrant celebration of drawing in all its forms.
